The Company’s solutions are designed to reduce customer acquisition and operational costs, while turning existing real estate into beautiful, shaded, clean solar energy surroundings.

SOLAR POWER MARKET
This summer’s BP oil disaster on the Gulf Coast is just one of the many reasons environmentalists and governments are rallying to reduce America’s dependence on fossil fuels. As it stands now, 95% of America’s energy needs come from fossil fuels, and about two thirds of its supply are from unstable, foreign governments, contributing to terrorism and price gauging. In the U.S., President Barack Obama has committed $467 million as part of the American Reinvestment and Recovery Act to accelerate the development, deployment, and use of geothermal and solar energy nationwide. Consumers can receive a number of tax credits for using renewable energy systems, while businesses are incentivized by state and federal tax credits (and mandates) to reduce harmful emissions and incorporate ‘greener’ and sustainable energy. Solar power is emerging as a leader in the adoption of alternative energy. According to a 2010 Marketbuzz™ Report (“the Report”), solar photovoltaic (PV) market installations reached a record high of 7.3 gigawatts (GW) in 2009, up 20% over the previous year. The PV industry generated$38.5 Billion in global revenues in 2009, while successfully raising over $13.5 billion in equity and debt, up 8% on the prior year. The Report is bullish on the solar power sector saying, “Looking forward, the industry will return to high growth in 2010 and also over the next "five (5) years. Even in the slowest growth scenario, the global market will be 2.5 times its current size by 2014.”
INNOVATIVE PRODUCT SUITE
Envision was the "first to invent and build structures for solar energy that address the millions of acres of unused parking spaces marketed as ParkSolar™. The system turns ordinary parking spaces into a pleasantly looking, shaded, solar-powered environment. Target customers of ParkSolar include hospitals, office buildings, public assemblies, strip mallsand lodging. Other proprietary products and systems include the Solar Tree®, Solar Grove™, Life Port™ and Life VillageSM. Solar Tree is a prefabricated metal carport system composed of PV modules, electrical inverters and supporting structures used for generating electric power from solar radiation with a dual purpose of providing shade for vehicles. A Solar Grove® is created from a cluster of Solar Trees. Envision’s CleanCharge™ solar-to-electric vehicle charging stations, when used with a Solar Grove, provides Quick Service Restaurants (QSRs) the ability to generate clean, solarpowered energy, while offering vehicles shade and patrons the ability to recharge their plug-in electric and hybrid vehicles while they dine. In the residential market, Envision offers LifePod™, a compact modular steel-frame with eight solar roof panels. A single unit has shown to reduce an average household’s electricity usage by up to 30%, and is expandable to " to fit any configuration. LifePort™ is a self-contained, centralized power-plant and power-grid, including highly-engineered facilities with limitless uses. LifeVillageSM is a concept invented by Envision’s founder and CEO to bring solar power energy systems anywhere in the world. Supplies for LifeVillages can be easily shipped and assembled on-site into self sufficient, solar-powered systems and are ideal for military use, developing nations or where power infrastructures are unreliable.
TURNKEY SERVICES
Envision’s experienced staff of architects, building managers and solar master planners are uniquely qualified to provide Sustainable Infrastructure Master Planning (SIMP) services to governments, corporate organizations, and institutions. This staff is skilled in solar, wind, geothermal, biomass, anaerobic digestion and other sustainable/renewable energy sources. Envision’s turnkey services include: solar system design and engineering of PV rooftop systems, PV ground mount systems, BIPV (Building Integrated PV) systems and solar integrated infrastructure building systems.
STRATEGIC ALLIANCES
For its QSR initiative, launched in June 2010, Envision partnered with PV manufacturer Astronergy, a division of Chint Group, Noveda Technologies and ChargePoint® Networked Charging Station manufacturer Coulomb Technologies. In addition, Envision has partnered with financing companies, American Clean Energy and GRID Solar, a division of GRID Partners, who install Solar Trees and CleanCharge at no upfront cost to Envision customers. The lender recoups this investment by selling the electricity back to the customer at a fixed rate and schedule under a Power Purchase Agreement, some terms for as long as 20 years. This eliminates the typical cost barriers to entry when deploying state of-the-art eco-friendly systems. These alliances are expected to add in excess of $70 million in revenues over the next 24 months. The State of Pennsylvania recently funded $300,000 to develop a prototype (slated to debut in October 2010) of Envision’s patented solar energy tracking technology called Envision Trak. Envision Trak is believed to increase solar system output by 20%, while reducing cost per watt by 15%. Few companies in the U.S. offer a solar tracking solution, furthering strengthening the Company’s competitive advantage.
